I brewed this beer yesterday using dried out vacuum packed frozen homegrown hops
2.5 lbs US 2 row
8 oz Carmel 90L malt
8 oz Carmel 10L malt
5 lb Munich Extract
8 oz Sugar
1.25 oz nuggett @ 60 min
.50 oz nuggett @ 45 min
.50 oz nuggett @ 30 min
.50 oz nuggett @ 15 min
.50 oz nuggett @ 5 min
Nottingham yeast
wyeast nutrient
O.G. 1.054 @ 73 degrees
I have about 1.50 oz left and am thinking of throwing them in the fermenter after about 7 days and leaving it sitting at least 4 weeks total before bottling I have no idea what the AA is of the hops and they didn't really have a strong smell to them what doe you guys think.
