1st AG

Well, I brewed up my first AG yesterday. Didn't have as much temp monitoring or volume monitoring as I'd have liked, but I ended up with exactly 5 gallons after the boil. Must have done something right. Fermentor is bubbling away as I type this...fairly excited. I can tell this is going to cost me money in new equipment though.

Feels good doesn't it, congrats. And as for money, you can spend a little or a lot.

tax season came... and now i have a load of equipment lol, but if i woulda waited for some deals it would have been alot cheaper.
but congrats! feels great to have an AG brew done, i prefer them tons over stove top extract
