Small batch brewing system for 10-12 gallon batches. Automatic temperature controls monitor Mash and HLT temperatures.
(3) Stainless Steel Kettles with lids:
20 gal Boil kettle, with false bottom and hop spider
15 gal Mash/Lauter Tun, with false bottom, x-brace support and vacuum gauge
15 gal Hot Liqueur Tun
(3) Blichmann Burners, plumbed for natural gas (can be converted back to propane). Standing pilots on HLT and MLT burners.
(1) Gas manifold with 10' SS braided gas service connection hose and valved quick disconnect fitting
(2) March 815 high temperature pumps with fittings and valves
(1) Stainless steel mash paddle
(1) Plate heat exchanger
(1) Barley Crusher grain mill with 7 lb hopper (drill motor not included)
(1) HERMS coil with temperature gauge (control not set up for HERMS, but could be easily converted.
Wooden frame with castors and steel burner supports. Wood is treated with polyurethane to inhibit water infiltration and make cleaning easier.
Misc. valves, tubing and snaplock disconnects.
Recirculating Infusion Mash temperature controls and panel with (3) PID controllers, step timer with alarm and silence switch, (2) pump switches with pilot lights, (2) burner control switches with pilot lights and solenoids for HLT and MLT burners.
Everything is in top working order, I've used the brewery for more than 20 batches over the last 2 years.
