If you have access to Co2 you can put a blanket of Co2 over the mead and you should be good for a while. You can also add sanitized marbles/glass beads to take up the space.
Also done today was pickles from cukes from my garden.
On the left is bread and butter, center is refrigerator pickles and on the right is kosher dill pickles.
I marinated a wild turkey breast in a Bock brine then cooked at 149F for 2.5hrs. and finished on the grill with some BBQ sauce. Served with corn, salad and an American Bitter.
