It may be fermenting still, you should wait 3-4 days and check your gravity again...

Make sure your gas is off when you try to connect the gas side, it might make it harder to snap on.....

strange... are you able to press the center down on post of the beer out connection, try with a small screwdriver just to make sure the center pin isnt stuck..

Did you try reversing the gas/beer connections? Ive never had problems, sometimes they are a little stiff if there is buildup on the center post pin...

I'm thinking you should paint it white or whatever color your truck is! badass....

Question..... Do you think it would still be solid with a Keggle on top?

DUDE! thats a really good idea! I just about finished building a HLT but havent used it on my last three brews because I havent figured out a brew stand yet... I need to see if my other burner will work this way! Thanks

I have 3. 2 stainless fridges (food, kegerator) and a chest freezer (Fermentation)with temp control. But I got 2 of them for free! Not nice on the old electric bill though...
