    Weevil in grain - Dump or brew?

    Personally I would never use grains with all those insects, I would just throw them away! As for the storage of malt, I keep it in boxes tightly closed and I have never had problems.

    Recipe 5 lb Pilsner 3 lb wheat(waizen) 7 oz wheat flakes 0.2 oz jester at 30 minutes (start boiling) Mash: 10 minutes at 122°F 50 minutes at 150° F 10 minutes 169( mash out) i love this beer!:yes::yes:
