10 gallons Brut IPA with mostly Zappa hops. 743 gallons

Between my brew partner and I. 16 gallons black IPA 2 gallons SMASH mosaic 2 gallons SMASH simcoe 680 gallons total.

This was to be an M43 strawberry IPA clone. I’m now calling it Strawberry Gremlin IPA. List of problems I experienced with this batch is, well, not worth typing. All in all, it’s finally bottled and tastes ok. Hoping the next batch goes like normal. 🍻

We have about 10” of snow on the ground. Not real cold but windy. Didn’t brew but here is the 11 gallons of the brut rye IPA I just finished bottling.

Brewing bug bit me this morning as I was not planning on brewing today but I ended up with another 16.5 gallons of IPA. 3593.5

5.5 gallons Idaho gem IPA and 5.5 gallons Mosiac DIPA. = 3557.5

My thoughts were along the same line. Bad bottle or a bottle that was contaminated; resulting in additional fermentation, and ………… 💣
