    Schlafly Pumpkin Ale clone attempt... sorta

    Swiller, I appreciate your input and your honor in not posting the exact clone. Has anyone tinkered with this recipe in light of Swiller's input? I'm still inexperienced in judging recipes, but was hoping to get as close to the Schlafly as possible.

    Works great for me. Used it a few times with delicious results. Personally I'm glad I went with the 70 qt. it's big enough to make a 10 gallon batch and 5 fit just fine too.
