I'm going to start aging/ storing some of my brews in pin lock kegs (No IPAs). They will be stored between 65 and 70 degrees.
Here is my process:
rack to clean sanitized keg
place lid and push in 30PSI CO2 for a min
Disconnect and purge out O2
Should I purge than hit with Co2 and...
Going to rack from secondary to keg this weekend. Really want to clarify my beer. Just give it a crisp clean look. Any good ideas I can try to clarify once in the keg?
