    Keg charger and purging

    I just picked up 2 3 gallon "loose" handle pin lock kegs and a keg charger to use for mobile serving. My question is when I go to naturally carb with priming sugar how do I purge? Should I give the keg a second or so shot of co2 from the charger then release by pressing the gas post in? Or...

    Seen this mini keg tap before?

    Got this off of eBay for $12, seems to be pretty old judging by the box but I found co2 cartridges that work in it (8 oz) but the only problem is once the cartridge is inserted all co2 goes into the keg. Any one seen this before? Is there a way to regulate it or does it all come out at once...

    Can I brew 10 gallons...
