    What are you drinking now?

    Hop Stoopid Ale. Blasted by hoppy goodnes right when I popped the top off. Is good as it smells, I had to suffer through a 12 pack sampler of sam adams before going out and getting a sampler group of my own choosing. Looking for ideas for my next brew.

    I just bought a twelve pack of six different varietys to see if I wanted to try and brew anything similiar next. They all tasted too heavy to me. I liked the IPA the best, but none very much.

    pushed bung into primary.....

    I hope I get Krausen in the airlock again, I have one of those orange carboy caps on now and a overflow tube ready for it. I thought of leaving the bung in, it soaked in 1step overnight before use, but was worried about the effect of the rubber.... oh well if the yeast is still doing its thing...

    Brewed a pumpkin spice ale on monday night(1063 og) accidently pushed the bung in too deep, but it was ok.
