When I tried to re-attached 3/16” hose to plastic tee that connects pump to the riser, I broke the connector. Do you have any dyi/quick/easy fix to this problem? Looks like this part is not available.....

Kettle Drain and Recirculate with Splitter?

Exactly! But most of the "set ups" I have seen for single vessel ebiab has main and recirculating ports and I assume there is a logic (or at least should be) for extra port.

Kettle Drain and Recirculate with Splitter?

Most likely it's dumb question but why should I plan to have two (main and recirculating) ports instead of one (main) and 3 way port ball valve?

    Induction Controller?

So, Inkbird IPB-16 is not going to work (thx gromitdj). Do we have any other option (as far as PID controller) for Adcraft IND-C208V cooktop?

    Induction Controller?

Inkbird IPB-16 is listed as: AC100V -240V, induction cooktop is in fact 208V. Just to make this clear: I'm looking for advice, not trying to make a point.

    Induction Controller?

Inkbird IPB-16 (in the link above) is listed with NEMA 5-15P plug. Adcraft IND-C208V has NEMA 6-20R. Will this plug adapter work? https://www.amazon.com/5-15P-6-20R-Heavy-Electric-Adapter/dp/B073BVR2VP/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1505443146&sr=1-1&keywords=NEMA+6-20P+to+5-20R+Plug+Adapter

    Regina fresh grape juices

So, I picked my pails and as I can see (spills from lid valves) fermentation is on the way. Should I: - stir the juice or let it ferment as is? - if so, for how long? - should I check SG (brix)? - if so, how to adjust for the fermentation that already happend?

    Regina fresh grape juices

Anyone have experience with Regina fresh grape juices? I'm expecting delivery and I'd really appreciate "step by step" instruction from (juice) pail to the carboy.

    CO2 and Nitro

I’m experimenting with nitrogen to “carbonate” regular (NO Guinness, Stout etc.) beers. I understand, nitrogen do not “carbonate”, so after kegging I’m planing to use CO2 and after 48 hrs. switch to N2 (100%, not “beergas”) to dispense. Should I start with N2? What is your experience? Do you...

Max time for secondary fermentation (IPA)

According do my “IPA beer kit” I suppose to do bottling 2 weeks after start of secondary fermentation (glass carboy, 67 - 75F) but I had to leave on work assignment for at least 5 days. What will be maximum time for secondary fermentation (before bottling)? Any special procedures for extended...
