    Stout

    Just brewed a coopers stout kit with 500g dme, 500g brewing sugar, 4 tbl spoons on coffee and a tin of black treacle. Primed it will brewing sugar had a little taste tastes lovely already. Cant wait till its ready !!

    Beer Tastes bit like cider

    Think I made Mistake...HELP!!!

    Hi, This is my second batch of larger and I think I have completely messed it up. I added more sugar during primary fermentation, however i did not use boiling water to dissolve it. There was a big fizzle, its calmed down not but will my beer be undrinkable now or can i save it? Thanks
