    Too soon

    I am making a German Double Bock and I racked it into the secondary too soon. Now foam is bubbling up into the airlock. My wife is afraid that it is going to explode. I told her that she had nothing to worry about. Someone please tell me that I am right. Sent from my iPad using Home Brew

    Fermentation

    I have my Honey Wheat in my secondary. The OG was 1.068 and my SG is so far 1.020. I have checked it every other day and they SG has come down a little bit. Should I just let it set in the sec until it reaches target FG of 1.015 or is there some other way to reactivate the yeast?
