    Shipping Beer?

    Ok, I was trying to ship a few growlers to a friend of mine in Tucson from Ms. Ups (preferred) and FedEx when I told them fragile and liquid asked what it was. So I told them beer, and they said they don't ship alcohol. Is it some kind of law or something? I've read about plenty of people...

    star san question

    Just started using star san a weeks ago and it work wonderfully. The question is that it says its corrosive so is it safe to use in kegs and other metals or should I find an alternative? If so what would you suggest?

    lagering process

    I am new to lager brewing and cant seem to find to much info on it. I have a batch lagering now (2 weeks) and want to keg it but recipe calls for 40 days! Just curious as to whats the point.. what am I trying to acheve by doing this? Thanks for any help or clarification
