Walmart has 12 packs of 4oz. mason jars for 10 bucks. I bought em, cuz i have officially run out of Erlenmeyer flasks to store yeast in. I also picked up some glycerin and ascorbic acid at my LHBS and i am going to attempt to freeze some yeasties that i don't use so often. :D

Tonight and for the rest of the week i am being forced to finish off the beer left in one of my kegs so i can use it to make another 3 gallon batch to bring to a friends BBQ in a month and a half. Oh how i suffer. :drunk:

Doing a scaled down (1 gal) slightly tweaked version of Mr. Papazians Colonel Coffin Barley Wine Ale. Gonna use Chinook to bitter, Citra for flavor, and Cascade for Aroma.

This is my own creation. I dubbed it Sugart*ts after my girlfriend, at her request. Ill admit i added a little back lighting for effect.

Wyeast 1010 worked out nice in a small all grain recipe i did recently. I threw about 10% honey malt into the mash. Came out good. One of the few my GF will actually drink.
