Stay simple...but most of all...' Don't worry... ' follow the process...stay clean...eyeball your temps and you will be just fine.

Now that is ingenuity for sure... Never underestimate the imagination of a homebrewer! LOL!

Thanks for the comments guys....I'm probably going to add a power switch and a resistor to it so I can slow it down more... At this point I can only turn the knob about 20% ...anymore and the stirbar is thrown.. Thanks again!
