You may be able to get a good price at reliance outdoor supply. I recently discovered them and they carry brewing goods.

American IPA Sierra Nevada Celebration Clone 2013

I have drank a few of them. I am disappointed in myself because I dry hopped for too long and the taste is off. Of course I won't let it go to waste....but I will be redoing this recipe in the near future. Just got my Barley Crusher in last night too. Strength wise, this beer turned out to be...

    Rant

Not in SC. I'm in El Paso, TX now. I've calmed down. Lesson learned. I would love to be back east, we will see in about a year and a half. The only homebrew shop near here is in Las Cruces, NM. Online ordering here I come. Oh, that price was after their military discount.

    Rant

So today I drove nearly 45 minutes (one way) to the closest LHBS to get some grain. I called previously and was told the grains were $2.50 a pound. I get 13 pounds of grain and realize they charge $3.00 per pound. Needless to say, I spend $77 for a 5 gallon batch. They won't be getting my...

American IPA Sierra Nevada Celebration Clone 2013

You know, this year's Celebration does seem a little "browner" than usual. I think it only used to have a reddish hue.

For the masses, I just got a response from SN: Hello Ron, Thanks for reaching out. The recipe you outlined is pretty close. I have included a homebrew recipe suggestion provided by our product manager. I hope this helps. Best of luck and please let us know if you have any additional questions...

That sucks. I know coyote gives a military discount, so that comes in a bit handy.

I am here in EP. I drive out to Coyotes everyone in a while for grain. I heard Primo's sells grain. Can anyone verify that?
