    Hill Farmstead Brewery beers to Chicago?

    Forgot to add ginger...

    Just brewed this SA Old Fezziwig clone yesterday as a 10-gallon extract batch, and the recipe called for 2 oz grated ginger, which I forgot to add. I'm looking for suggestions about what to do. Should I just leave it as is? Add a little to the primary or secondary? Thanks in advance. 12.3...

    Added too much water!

    Brewed a Trappist Noble Ale, but didn't pay attention, and filled the fermenting bucket with at least a gallon or more of extra water. I filled to the line inside the bucket instead of looking at the 5 gallon mark on the outside. So here are my gravity readings and what the recipe said they...
