    Grain mill issues

    So when I go to crush my grain my mill grabs and starts to crush and it works fine for a little while. Then it just stops and the handle spins freely. Then it gets going again for a bit. This makes crushing grain even more painstaking. The roller gap is set correctly. Any idea how to fix this?

    Storing hops

    Ok so I made my first bulk order of hops today. When I get them I'm going to vacuum pack them in 1oz bags. I'm curious as to whether putting them in the fridge or freezer is the best way to keep them for the long haul. What does everyone else do? How long do your hops last for?

    Lagering time

    Ok so just curious...say you were to make a lager, ferment it for 2 weeks, raise temp for 3 days for your d-rest, lower temps for lagering, however only lager for say 2 weeks. What would be the downside of the shortened lagering besides it possibly not being as clear? Thinking about doing this...

    Need temp controller for ferm chamber
