I've seen these caps u put on bottles when doin secondary. Turn the bottle upside down and it collects the yeast and doesn't let it back into the bottle. It's a lot of reinvesting but I may have to do it. I'm so bummed about this

Hi all. I have very depressing news (for me anyway) I'm yeast intolerant. When I drink my beer I get a tight wheezy chest and hot flushed face. Anyone any remedies and or alternatives please. I feel like I've had a death in the family, that's how much I love my beer

Hi all I did a stout kit ( richies simply stout). I added 1kg sugar and o.g. was 1062. I did an s.g. 4 days later its now 0990. According to my calculations it's over 9%. Any opinions out there greatly appreciated. I feel it's a lot on the high side. And any further advice on bottling using 500...
