Thanks as always Bill! I'm interested in getting some Starsan and PBW. Does anyone want to split/share some? If so, am I doing the splits myself or does the new website have that capability? Thanks, Mike

My new brew system, a brutus 10 with some nice modifications

I had a question about this: Is there a difference in flame height between the low pressure burners and the high pressure one? If so, how did you compensate in regards to the positioning/height of the burner for the BK? Thanks, Mike

    Fruit Beer Apricot Blond.

Brewed 10 gallons of this recently. Substituted the Wyeast Belgian Wit and added one cup of turbinado sugar to a 90 minute boil. The OG was 1.54 and FG was 1.004 for an ABV of 6.7%. Put the extract in one carboy and skipped it in the other. Overall I think I like the beer without the extract...

If the split hasn't been changed by the time I get home from work, I'll throw up a new split. I'll take 1/4, geckholm can take 1/4 and cadwallion can take either 1/2 or 1/4. Does that work? I'd hate for the guy to lose his order, but if we've got a split that works, we shouldn't have to miss...
