    Pumpkin cider recipe

    This sounds fantastic. I've been wanting to get into cider, I believe I will try the original recipe you posted. I saw your update at the 1.040 gravity, but what was the final gravity? Did it get any stronger?

    Honey beer help!

    I don't have much experience with honey but from what I've read, if you're looking for honey flavor you'd want to go with honey malt, as opposed to real honey. Could be wrong though. Sorry, not much help :)
