Ohhhhhk so I kegged a blackberry wheat and got greedy so the trub went in. So that's gone not so well. Can I re keg the beer to save the rest? Will it settle? What's the best course of action here?
Hazelnut Brown is good not great (yet). Blackberry wheat is a bit boozy and I'm worried I got greedy and put too much trub in the keg but all that said its it only 3 weeks old. Not ready to dump it yet so there is that at least.
So I kegged a couple batches from 2 weeks ago; a Hazelnut Brown and a Blackberry Wheat. Both were LME LHBS kits so at least the grain was fresh. The jump to AG is soon approaching. Stuck'em on 30 pounds of CO2 a piece and wound it down to 10 48 hours later. Here's hoping it comes out to be worth...
