    Vinegary cider - dump it?

    Throw a hunk of pork/beef/ chicken in a crockpot with a bbq packet and some of your cider and let it ride. A Carolina style bbq treat. A little brown sugar can bring down the ph if it has too much bite.

    Day drinking. The older I get the more that day drinking gains my respect. Pollute yourself during the day and get to bed at a human hour. Add proper hydration and you have a chance.

    Whether its boil, hopstand or dry hopping, I just throw the pellets directly in. Eventually all just settles out, cold crash or not. Extra care transferring and you should be fine.     A full month bottle carb/conditioning and at least a week in the fridge and I'm sorry to report the winey off flavor persists. Oh well. Its still good. I guess I'll stop wining about it.

    I thought maybe fusels as well but I was well within the yeast optimum specs during fermintation. All temp controlled, no spikes, no temp swings ect. Very strange. I think Im going taste another soon.
