    What are you drinking now?

Imperial oatmeal sweet stout from a recipe I found on Reddit. It's got a warm alcohol feel to it, but it's on the nice side, not the "ugh, too much" side. This batch was the first time I've ever had a stuck mash on the Brew Magic, and hopefully the last.

Keezer-collar mounted STCs and moisture issues?

Hi guys, Being gung-ho and proactive and all that stuff, I drilled and sawed a hole for my STC in my wooden collar when I first built it. But now I'm finally looking at hooking it up, I'm concerned about moisture. Does anyone else who has a collar mounted STC have any issues with moisture...

4 Corny kegs. 1 co2 bottle, what reg?

Hi guys, About to start kegging my beer, and I have the keezer, the kegs, the beer lines, the beer gun, and the tap. I will be using one keg for soda water, for my wife, and I will have all my beer pressurised at the same PSI for convenience. Can I use a regulator like this and somehow...

    Why is it..

Thanks guys. I went from kits to BIAB in about 9 months, then from BIAB to the Sabco after about 6 months, and had it for about a year now. I only just recently sold my BIAB setup, since I'd stored it in a chest freezer I've now started converting into a keezer.

    Exploring "no chill" brewing

I do that anyway so that the hot wort will kill any nasties in/around the cap. I've been no chilling for 12 months, and will quite often have 3 or 4 cubes stacked up, waiting to be fermented as I only have 2 fermenting fridges. I've left them for months and never, ever had an infection.

    G'day from Australia

High gravity isn't really possible with BIAB, and there's a bunch of conjecture by 3V brewers over here as to whether it's actually "real" brewing or not. Snobbery's big over here. Looking forward to trying 3V brewing though, and I'm leaning towards a Sabco Brew-Magic.

    G'day from Australia

A forty litre urn to do 23l BIAB. Doing about 2-3 batches a fortnight.

    G'day from Australia

PoR is really the only true Australian hops, but most serious home brewers here spurn it in favour of other hops that aren't used in making the bland, watery lagers that most of Australia's breweries crank out but the bucketload. We're seeing a surge of interest in the Cascade/Citra/Amarillo...

    What semi-automated 3V?

Hi guys, I'm graduating from BIAB to large scale 3V soon and I'm looking at a few semi-automated setups: Sabco's SABCO | Brew-Magic V350MS System MoreBeer's 2050 - 20 Gallon Tippy BrewSculpture | MoreBeer And Australia's own BeerBelly Beerbelly Brewing Equipment - Mashpilot Brewery...

    G'day from Australia

Hey all, Punx here. Moved into AG brewing after a few kits last year and am loving it. I love shiny things and tech bits that go with brewing and am tossing up between a few big shiny 3V systems. Please excuse the n00b questions.
