Ok thanks for the info. So just put it in the keg once it hits fg and purge the o2 then let it set at room temp for as long as the beer needs. Sound right?
Ok I have a temp controller I use for a fermentation heat plate I'll try it on the kegerator. It dosent run all the time but the metal plate in the back of the unit does have frost on it is that an issue at all?

I did a black IPA after fermentation I tasted it it was pretty good nice and hoppy. After I kegged it it was much sweeter. I know people say to let the beer age in bottles but does that also apply when kegging and if so I long should I let it sit before drinking?
