    Loose lid and time in primary

    Beer will be fine. You can leave it in there until you're ready to bottle/ keg if you want. If you leave it in there until final gravity is reached you can seal the lid all the way but be sure fg is reached by using hydrometer before sealing it.

    You should check o2 from bottling single bottle direct from bottling bucket then compare to o2 from your method to see if end result is better or worse than the traditional method

    Trying to decide between the SS bucket and kegging system or 7 gal chronicle. I would get kegging system eventually anyway but it might be awhile. Also wondering if anyone that has bought the SS bucket regretted not getting the Chronicle instead.

    Never done a BIAB but I know that youd boil without the lid. The boiling drives off unwanted compounds such as DMS and if you leave the lid on the compounds go back into the wort. I've also read that you should be carefull when squeezing the grain bag so you don't extract tannins. Can really...
