If I were going to brew another, I'd change it to 2 lbs of oats, 7 lbs Munich, and 3 pounds of Wheat, 4oz Crystal 60, and the rest the same.
I also tossed in .25 ounce of Hallertau at flame out and would do that again as well.
Ok, here's the final product after 1 1/2 weeks on the gas. Bubbles are a bit big right now.
It has a raw wheat forward taste and about as much bitterness as a Samuel Smith Oatmeal stout.
Lacing sticks fairly well on the glass and the head stays at a bit more than 1 inch for the whole drink...

Looking for malt forward, light on hops. Built off a recipe that everyone likes that has 2lb Vienna instead of the 2lb Munich 20L and no black malt.

Found a freezer that can hold 4 ball lock kegs on the floor, a 5lb and 10lb c02 tank on the hump with -0- modification. And the kegs are not even touching each other!
With a collar and c02 not kept inside, easily fit 6 kegs!
Internal dimensions : 17deep 20wide 28high total... hump is 7inches...
I've been all grain for 8+ years now and have always had exceptional beer head. I've been using a Mash and Boil for the last year and the head is always thin, poor and does not last long. This includes the same recipes that do great with a cooler. I notice the temp varies all over the place...
