    Show Us Your Label

Made super basic labels for my girls' birthday party (turning 3 and 1). I waiting until the last minute, doing them at 2am the night before. Definitely going to be labeling from now on I think. They're just so much better than writing on the caps.

    Small 7-8oz bottles

The picture and specs both say 12oz, but the title says 7oz. This one says 7oz though, so look for this package: http://www.hitimewine.net/PACIFICO-CLARA-7OZ-6PK.html

Show us your sculpture or brew rig

Here's my leftover parts rig. Pain the ass to lift the cooler up to the top, but it works for now.

    Fermenting bucket questions

I bought some of the white buckets the other day. It says FOOD GRADE right on the bucket, but i did not check the stats on the bottom. I just use them for grain storage since they were so cheap (less than $2).

    The fruits of our labor

I'm the new guy to brewing in my group of friends that brew, but I feel like I've been able to bring our quality up to a new level. I'm the book worm that's already reading about new methods, new ideas, etc. Plus my hobby money was burning a hole in my pocket and I was able to upgrade some of...

    So who's brewing this weekend?

Brewing 2 beers on sunday. It's our first double brew day, so hopefully it goes smooth. We're doing an Mosaic IPA, and an Irish Red. 20 gallons of goodness.

    Hop quantities?

All 3 you listed are.... But, if you have the AA%, you could add the hop in manually. Just go to Ingredients | Hops | Add Hops.

Muddy Creek Brewing Co. Brewery Build- Start to Finish Thread

Are you going to be selling merch online? Your pint glasses look pretty slick, I wouldn't mind having one.

    Hop quantities?

If you are already using Beersmith, just plug in some hops and see what the IBUs come out to.

    Birthday Recipes for review

I don't mind a sweet beer, but I'll look into that. I was trying to stick with 2-row since I have 40-ish pounds at home. I was thinking about dropping some of the 2-row in favor of some Munich.

    Birthday Recipes for review

The red is the one I've definitely been having more trouble with. I found a recipe online and based mine off that, but haven't totally been happy with anything I've done, and you guys confirmed it. Back to the drawing board on that.

    Birthday Recipes for review

I'm planning on doing a double brew this Sunday. My daughters are turning 3 and 1 in August, and I wanted some homebrew to server at the party. I'm still new to brewing, and even newer to coming up with recipes, so I'm looking for some experienced eyes to check my work. Both brews are 10...

    Monster Mill Hopper

I finally put together my monster mill hopper thing. I was going to build it out of all wood, and then I saw some extra things laying around that were better. The main part is a tabletop dust collection hood, connected to a stable gate that had broken at some point. No picture down the hole, but...
