Just a small update - Went out and picked up a 3 gallon and 1.5 gallon carboy - All is well!
On a side note - The "Bad" cider that was left in the fridge? Tried it out a day later.
That was a mistake.
A very bad one.
...Remind me never to do that again :)
Kind of a newb question (First batch ever sitting in secondary) but - When you used the zest/juice - Did you add those into primary? Or did you add those into secondary, then racked again after a week?
