So I just got my water report back. Bicarbonate seems extremely high.. is there anything I can do to lower it? Or should I just buy RO water in jugs. Thank you in advance

i was using it tighter at about .036 and my efficiency was about 82% but i read and heard on "the Sunday session" that we (home brewers) should hit for 70-75% per john palmer because you get a better taste. well anyways i wouldn't mind trying out...
I am getting some grain under the false bottom but its mainly powder, but then the other filter stops that from getting sucked in...well at least most of it..

whats the process with a 15 gallon hlt isn't that the main issue when trying to do 10 gallon batches with the keggles? do you stop recirculating when you get your mash ready then add water to hlt, take it up to correct temp then start recirculating again?
What is the best way to brew 10 gallons with kals clone using keggles? I know he said you need 20 gallon kettles but was wondering if there Is a way to do it with my current setup. Thanks in advance
i installed my 30a gfci breaker in my cutler hammer ch panel eveything is wired and i tested power at the plug and i get my 240v on the hot side 120 on hot to neutral or ground just want to have one of you guys just double check my work please
