So I just bottled a bacon red ale using the prime dose capsules to try them out and did not realize that I needed to put 2 in each 12oz bottle. Anyone out there as dumb as me? Will it carbonate enough? Should I open them back up and add 1? Any thoughts Sent from my iPhone using Home Brew

yeah i made sure it was calibrated. i believe it could just be that it wasnt mixed completely. had to add some water on top to bring it up to the 5 gallon mark.

I just brewed a red ale and according to the paper i should be at a 1.058 OG and my reading with my refractometer was a 1.022. what happened?

I just came home from work was going to pour myself a beer and my co2 tank is empty. How long can beer sit with no co2 in it before it goes bad?
