Just curious, what do you think about Conquest? I haven't been all that impressed so far but the rest of Cola apparently loves everything they make.

If you ever get up to Columbia you should look on Cola's CL. I've seen a bunch on there recently and I just picked up 3 perfect, clean pin locks for 15 bucks a piece.

I haven't brewed a batch in a few months but I'm in Columbia.

Hmm I do about 2 1/2 gallon boils so I would need an extra 3 or so gallons of water outside of whats in the pot. Would a sanitized lowes bucket work?

What do you put the water in to store this overnight? An extra sanitized bucket or what?

Hmm thats all the city sent me so I may just skip out on the tap water then. So bottled water would be better than distilled in an extract batch?
