    Depending on the variety, it might be a bit early in the year. In So. Cal, Cascades are 6 feet, but Santiams are only an inch or two. What variety are they? Also, if they're small and it's not hot, you're over-watering them. When they're growing a foot a day they need lots of water...

    I made a Maibock. OG not too high 1.07. But I forgot to add oxygen. It's been fermenting for about a week now, and it's not going down much. I know it's a lager, and it is cold, but I fear it's going to get stuck if it hasn't already. Will adding oxygen now ruin it? Can I just add more...

    My guess, though I'm far from an expert, is infection. An infection will over carbonate your beer. It happened to me in one batch, and ultimately resulted in bottle bombs. Be careful.
