I have been getting my CO2 from Praxair out on Benner Pike across from U-Haul. I also heard that Best Event sells CO2 at $2.85/lb. I think Praxair is cheaper.

Yes, you can repot them but the plants should have a good root ball. You don't want the root ball to fall apart when you transplant. Not sure if you have enough root growth to transplant yet.
The burning sensation in the nose if from CO2, the by product of the yeast. How do I know???? I stuck my head in a keezer that had a CO2 leak that emptied a 40 lbs tank. It is an experience when you dip your head in the keezer and you can't even take a breath through your nose.

Open it when you are ready to pitch. I suspect the yeast nutrients were released and the yeast is munching on it. You should be able to pitch with no problems.
I used to live in Michigan, cold weather and water. I like the big beers and I am concerned about hops clogging the chiller. Are hops an issue with the plate chiller?
