Hello fellow Brewers! I have a question about cold steeping grains. I've read a few threads on how to cold steep and I wondered if adding the cold steep extract, to the boil or fermenter, has any effect on your O.G. or F.G.?

Hello fellows Brewers! Ive read that when using the blichmann beer gun you connect it to a Co2 splitter. I unfortunately don't have a splitter. But I do have a spare Co2 tank with a regulator. Can I just connect the gas line to the spare tank and use it that way with out any problems? Or do I...

Well, I checked for leaks and there were none. I decided to try it again last night. This time I just kept shaking until I thought my arms would fall off. And I saw some differance. I guess from now own I'll just shake it for a few minutes

I'm gonna check and see if there is a leak. I'll report back :)
