I pitched my starter just under 120 degrees. I read above to chill to 90. Not much happened in the first 24. I thought below 120 was okay. Is it screwed?
More likely my refrac is off. I measured 25 brix twice with it. I'm going to check it with the refrac and test it on sean terrill's adjustments.

I have a basic thermoworks probe. Two of them actually. I can put just the probe in but not past the spot where the probe meets the cable. They work if I just put the end of the probe in a bit.
I've tried several ways to cover the probe/cable joint. All eventually leak and then make it harder...
I went with another pair of the taprite regulators and I'll run the high pressure hose out to the tank. It's pricey and over the top, but at this point I just need something clean and straight forward. I'm used to having complete control over the two regulators I already have.
