My name is Dennis and I've been researching brewing and fantasizing about doing so for more than a year now. I've sold possessions and cobbled together my now in-operation brew lab.

This is a very short video of my second brew(called 'Get to the Hoppa!)an Imperial IPA. My first was an Imperial IPA (dubbed 'Hopchuck') I will post in the recipes forum as it was VERY well received. If you're asking yourself what a noob might have to offer, I encourage you to not be to judgemental. I don't often toot my own horn, but I am a nerd and do my homework. I've had over more than a year to obsess over forums and videos before my first brew. I'm more critical of my beer than anyone and I'm the first to ask questions. I may be able to answer yours and I may be the person asking you questions that seem trivial and obsessive.
