You guys are killing me.

I was one of the first to buy the Gen 1 20G Dell Jukebox. I knew I'd be quality control but the notion of massive amount of music available at whim was more appealing than a $400 roll of the dice. I loved that device, babied it, and protected it. While others experienced massive failures mine remained true.

So it finally died despite my best efforts. I was rational enough to keep a reliable backup of my tune inventory, but its loss was profound. I replaced it with my XM. I'd like both, but if I can't have my MP3s, I'll take my XM.

Oh, I usually listen to Squizz on the XM. I guess my penance is the first five of whatever you hear there.

I don't have an i-pod, but I do have a big-ol hard drive full of mp3s, Most of it copied from a freinds hard drive, so It dosent really reflect "me" like an I-pod would, here it goes...

Mr. Soul - Neil Young
I don't listen to a ton of classic rock these days, I probably wouldn't have been able to name tell you the title of this one just by listening, good song though.

Dollars and Cents - Radiohead.
I do so love Radiohead, this is one of thier finest. Anyone else download "In Rainbows" ? IMHO It's good, not great.

Amputations - Death Cab for Cutie.
Noting special here, this is off "Someting About Airplanes", an album I haven't listened to much. I like DCFC, but usually listen to "Transatlantcisim" or "Plans" when I'm in the mood for DCFC...

She's Pulling Out the Pin - Elvis Costelleo
I'm really not an EC fan, My freind is trying to convert me. This song won't be the one to do it.

Veince - Pele.
I'd assume that many people have never heard of the band Pele, the were an insturmental-expermental-jazzy-rock-electronica band. IMHO they wrote great songs, not wankery like many insturmental bands.

You Ought to Be With Me. - Al Green
I'm starting to dig old soul. Growing up I only listed to stuff that "rocked". I was a *******. Missed out on 99% of the good music in this world...

Hmmmm. I'm a huge Radiohead guy, and I think Rainbows is probably the best ever. One of my faves anyway.

Wow. Blast from the past. I used to love that whole CD.

Same here. I still listen to that disc quite a bit. I can't believe that the pop-ish Cherry Pie did so much better than Dog Eat Dog.

The one they released after that (Ultraphobic) is really good as well.

Better than "Kid A"? Perhaps I need to give it more time, thusfar "Jigsaw Falling Into Place" is the only track that has really sunk its teeth into me.
