So I have the ingredients for the clone (extract), but I don't know when to add lactose... could someone just write out the whole process for the recipe with these ingredients:

Extract.............6lbs
Lactose.................1lbs
Briess 2 row caramel 60 grains...........11 oz
Fuggles pellets.... 1.25oz
kent goldings pellets....... .25oz
wyeast labs london ale iii.........1
Cocoa beans crushed........4 oz

Really I just want to know when to add the lactose
