Welcome Chris. I ferment in a glass carboy (but a plastic bucket is fine) for anywhere from 10 - 30 days. If I'm dry hopping, I"ll siphon to another carboy. If I'm not dry hopping, I'll siphon to either a keg or a bottling bucket, from which I bottle.

Think i'll syphon straight to bottle after i've made the first brew.
Any tips for priming bottles or anything else you'd recommend to add to a bitter?
