Hey everyone, got my first beer (a black lager extract+specialty grains from the lhbs) in primary on Monday. I read a boatload on both this site and John Palmer's howtobrew.com and prepared myself pretty thoroughly beforehand with a chest freezer & temp controller.
The airlock is bubbling away @ 50f in the freezer and I'm a week away from taking another gravity reading.
I need to learn to wait, but I'm excited.
