Yikes! White Labs WLP500 Starter

I want to make 10 gallons of a dubbel and realized I have no DME to make a starter. I only have a single vial. What can I do? I was thinking of brewing tomorrow. Air locking the batch and making a starter from some wort and pitching the next day after?

Could you do a real quick mini-mash tonight with 3/4 pound of grain, and make up 2 liters of starter wort. You don't have to have great conversion, or great temperature control; just something around 1.030/1.040.

10 gallons of Dubbel will be a real stretch for a single vial (slow start, lots of esters, possible fusels, and possible stuck ferment).

I like to get the yeast in as soon as I can, all that wonderful sugar solution is tempting the bugs to have a party in it.

Im going with 2 vials in a 2L starter. Mr Malty says figure I need 5150B cells and this starter should get me close enough.....
