Yeah, I'm in Austin too, with a few batches under my belt... and about 800 hours of research.
Moved here from New Orleans where I was born and raised (I was chased out of town by a hurricane), so I have a good background in alcohol in its various forms and consumption. Been courting homebrew for about a decade, and thinking very seriously about it in the last few years. Made up my mind and took the plunge. Neither my world, nor that of homebrew will be the same again... Jeebus help us all.
