I have some WY 1469 in cold storage, harvested 10 days ago. Its behaving differently than i'm used to, still offgassing and waking up when i crack the lid. You can see in the attached pic the water level is down an inch due to some fizzing action a couple days after harvesting. I top cropped it and initially wondered if i scooped a small amount of unfermented wort, causing the activity. Still at 10 days though? Is this normal, or has this gone mutant on me? Thanks guys.
