Hydrate the yeast by first warming the water to 120° and adding GoFerm at 1.25 grams for every gram of yeast.
When the temp of the water cools to 110°, add the yeast, I always use 1 gram per gallon of must.
You will see the yeast "come alive" and start to reproduce, the yeast will start to foam, after this, take an equal amount of must and warm slightly to 100° and add to the yeast and GoFerm, the sugars in the must will act as food for the ever reproducing yeast cells.
Pitch into room temp must.
