Hello,
I’m new to this forum. I also posted this on the mead forum. My yeast problem is this...I started two batches of mead yesterday in two gallon sized carboys. A melomel and an acerglyn. I activated one batch of yeast to split between the two carboys. The temperatures of the two musts were about the same when I pitched the yeast (About 88 - 89 for each). Carboy #1 started bubbling within a few hours. Carboy #2 still has no action almost 24 hours later. I’m not sure what the problem is. Any ideas?
