Wino from southern Ontario

Well not really a wino but a rookie wine maker.

My name is Aaron, I am 30 years old. My father and I bought a property together a few years ago that has some white and blue/red grapes (I think concord) growing on the property. This is the first year we are going to try and make wine from them.

Hopefully all turns out well. I guess only time will tell.

I've got lots of questions, with some luck hopefully I can get lots of answers.

Hey CoolB, welcome to the forum. I'm not a winemaker myself, so wouldn't be any good to answer your questions. There are some wine areas on this board, but the admin of this site has also just started a forum that is dedicated to wine. You might also want to check out that site.
