I am thinking of making a Morgans ginger beer can. I am thinking of putting 4kg of sugar in to make it very alcoholic but i have heard if i put too much sugar in it my bottles will explode , but my local brew shop said once it have finished fermenting it will be alright . i dont know what to do  can some one help me

Let the yeast finish their work before boggling and you'll be fine.

Adding sugar isn't the best way to make a big beer, btw. Nothing wrong with adding sugars like the Belgians do, but they do it in a balanced way and to dry out the beer.

Take a look at www.howtobrew.com for lots of good info. And welcome!
